The guild is large and caters for many levels of experience, this is attained by tithing toward the guild some of your earned experience. With it comes more recognition and respect. Prefixes here within the guild are earnt on the merit that you showed up to the guild willing to accept that you are a thief and will be known about. That test passed you join up, suffix's and titles are only earnt through great deeds or at high levels, this is subject to the number of people backing you up and then the GM and GLs will decide on the course of titling you.
